Lifting Points
pewag’s lifting points offer the highest level of safety for goods to be lifted. Manufactured in Europe, the lifting points range includes screw-on and weld-on lifting points, lifting eye bolts, lashing points and anchor points. Each lifting point is pre-stamped with a unique ID number, matched to the declaration of conformity supplied with every purchase. Some models allow rotation under load to maximise flexibility during lifting operations.
pewag’s lifting points meet EN and EC standards. Many options are available with metric or UNC thread, and selected models offer custom bolt lengths for application-specific needs.

Lifting Points Overview
A comprehensive overview of the pewag lifting points range, including comparisons between models such as swivel lifting eye bolts, swivel hoist rings, and eye nuts.
PLZW-Rapid – The PLZW-R is a high-performance lifting point designed for fast installation with quick release. Ideal for repetitive loading and unloading.
PLGW gamma – The PLGW can be hand-tightened and offers full 360° rotation. The PLGW gamma features an integrated screw, ideal for securing loads that require screw attachment.
PLEW eta – The PLEW is a high-tensile lifting point for welding onto machine parts or vehicle bodies.
PLGW-SN gamma – This screw nut lifting point works on the principle of tool-free assembly. It is used on loads that come with a threaded bolt. The PLGW-SN is 360° rotatable.
PLDW delta – The PLDW lifting point with ball-bearing is rotatable even under load. The lifting eye is movable by 180°.
PLAW alpha – A decentred lifting point for side loading. 360° rotatable and the load ring can be positioned at any required angle.
FAQ for Lifting Points
pewag offers screw-in lifting points and weld-on points – all EU-made, serial-numbered, and crack-tested.
Many pewag lifting points are designed for rotation under load. However, fixed or welded types, or standard eye nuts are not intended to rotate under load and must be used according to their specifications.
All lifting points come pre-stamped with unique serial numbers. Some lifting points can be ordered with peTAG RFID/NFC for even more detailed traceability.
Yes, weld-on lifting points are specifically designed for permanent attachment to equipment or structures.
