General Terms of Delivery, Payment & Purchasing
Order Terms & Conditions of Sale – pewag Inc.

Freight Policy

Shipments over 1,500 lbs. or $5,000.00 within the Continental USA or Provincial Canada will be prepaid, with carrier selection at the discretion of pewag. Domestic ground shipments under 1,500 lbs. or $5,000.00 will be prepaid and added to the invoice. For all shipments to Canada, customers will be responsible for duties and taxes.

Please note: Modulift, Conveyor Chain, and Tire Protection chain orders are excluded from this freight policy due to the complexity of handling.

DUTIES & TAXES
All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum invoice amount is $25.00.

RETURN GOODS
Returns will be accepted only after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. No merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization. The time limit for returns is 120 days from the date shipped. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking/handling charge, which will be deducted from the credit memo.
Returned shipments must be prepaid; collect or unauthorized returns will be refused.
