Small-batch machines

Over the years, we have developed selected prototypes on recurrent themes into small-batch machines.

Safety Trailer Gen 2

One of these is our new "Safety Trailer", a mobile, hydraulic oil-free tensile test station for chains of up to 20 tonnes that is mounted on a trailer and constitutes a significant extension of the pewag chain segment service portfolio. In addition, this facility may be adapted flexibly to your individual requirements, for instance if you also need to test wire and textile ropes, lifting magnets etc.

Other examples are our "Impact Ball Tester" that may be used for the ubiquitous bullet impact test, and our vertical winding machines for the transformer and electric motor industry.
Our latest achievement, a variable safety lock assembly station that is able to mount axles with projecting lengths to the required axis position on a fully automated basis, also deserves a mention in this context.

Load beam range

In addition to our standard range of load beams with a load capacity from 0.5 to 10 tonnes in lengths of up to 10 metres and with fixed as well as adjustable mounting options, we now also offer a more finely graded selection of load beams in a bolted modular design. Thanks to this innovation of pewag engineering, the pewag group is now in a position to offer one of the best value-for-money load beam ranges on the European market. The entire load beam range complies with the stringent European safety standards (CE conformity). Interested? Another example of our small-batch units is the lifting and lowering device for hybrid collectors that allows users to adapt the hybrid cell to summer and winter conditions, for instance by placing it at the most advantageous angle for the time of year. If you are interested in such a device that helps optimise this innovative technology, please do not hesitate to contact us! For more information on hybrid cells, visit: www.3f-solar.at
