- Umlenkrollen für HV und DSZ - Rundstahlketten mit BHV - Becherbefestigung.
- Radnaben und geteilter Laufring aus Stahl in Schweißkonstruktion, jeder gewünschte Auflagendurchmesser möglich.
- Nabenlänge, Bohrung mit Passung und Nut nach Kundenspezifikation - einbaufertig.
- Der Bordscheibendurchmesser wird der Rollen- und Bechergröße angepasst.
- An der Umlenkung ist aufgrund des verzahnten Antriebes keine Gewichtsvorspannung erforderlich, die Kette läuft im entspannten Zustand über die Umlenkrollen --> geringere Kettenzugkraft und Flächenpressung in den Kettengliedrundungen --> minimiert den Kettenverschleiß und verlängert die Lebensdauer der Kette.
